A Bike Ride At Last !!

Well its been a month since my back put me down. I can say that all the effects have not left me, I still have numbness in my left thigh, but I felt good enough to get out for a bike ride this morning. I guess or hope this means my life will slowly get back to normal. I took what would have been a lazy ride 2 months ago, no speed and little pressure to the legs. HEY its was great and I enjoyed the fall colors as you'll see in the following pictures.

I'm going to go fishing this afternoon and should have more pictures.
